We feature riding lessons for all levels of
riding and expertise!
Whether you are a beginner or advanced rider, we
have classes for you.
We also offer private lessons for those riders
who want to further their riding skills along with riding in a
group lesson. These private lessons are available for
those individuals who would also like to compete on an academy
circuit. Private lesson times, though, are available on a
limited basis.
Our Summer Camp programs are bounds to make
faces smile! Sign up your favorite rider to come and enjoy the
world of the horse with us!
We have camp programs for the beginner, advanced
beginner, intermediate, advanced, master and teen rider.
Please take a look at our Summer Camp for more details about our
summer offerings. These camps will be offered on a limited
basis.
Schooling Shows:
We feature four (4) schooling shows at our
facility for just our own riders who we continue to develop over
the years. These shows enable our riders to perform their
skills that they have learned in their lesson curriculums and
display them for their family and friends. Riders who
would like to show outside our barn shows will be able to show
in Academy classes at outside shows. Those who desire to
show on a regional level must own their own horse, or lease a
show horse. Assistance for this can be provided by the
staff at this facility as well.

Outside Academy Shows
As you rise through the ranks of equitation at
New Traditions, we will also offer you the opportunity to ride
in outside academy shows. This is an excellent way to test
your riding skills before you buy that show horse of your
dreams, or if you just would like to remain competitive in your
own right. Look for our New Academy Team that will train
just for academy shows!
Specialty Classes: We also offer
specialties in western, huntseat, saddleseat equitation, and
pattern riding. We also have available special classes for
girl scouts, boy scouts, birthday parties and special interest
groups. Please call for details! We do
recommend that all riders wear safety helmets when riding.
They are also available for rent at the riding academy.
Please, no bicycle helmets! All riders are also required
to sign a release slip each time they ride. New Traditions
Riding Academy, LLC, is not responsible for any injury related
to horseback riding accidents, nor accidents that happen in or
near the barn areas. All riders must have their own health
insurance to ride at this facility.:)
